"I started working with Beth almost a year ago. All my adult life I have been severely obese and as unfit as you get. I was thinking about joining the army reserves and wanted to be able to beat the bleep test and for that I needed to shed some serious fat. Since I have worked with Beth I have smashed the bleep test, my whole body composition has changed and can deadlift my bodyweight now. Yay! Beth is amazing at motivating me and always knows how to tailor the workouts to just what I need.
